Office hours: 9:30am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 10am -3pm Fridays.
Dr. Ghei does do phone consults.
Consultations with Dr. Ghei are by appointment only. Saturday and Evening consultations are available with Dr. Ghei by special appointment request.
While leaving us a message either by phone or email please do leave your full name, contact phone number, best time to call and if it is ok to leave you a detailed message at that number.
If you live out of town and would like a phone consult with Dr. Manisha Ghei, Texas law requires her to have at least one in-person office appointment with you per year to be able to prescribe medicines and to order labs. Subsequently, follow up visits may be done over the phone.

In case you are looking for a second opinion, or just are interested in speaking with Dr. Ghei about her opinion regarding your clinical symptoms or your health diagnosis, or just sharing about your specific health needs, she is very happy to do so at this appointment via phone only. She will share her opinion, her advise and her expertise. She will not be keeping a chart with your information, or review any intake questionnaires, or order any labs, or prescribe any drugs or supplements during or after this phone call. Our office will however provide you, upon request with the completed Superbill with all the necessary information and CPT & ICD-9 Codes( ie, Procedure & Diagnosis Codes) needed for you to file to your insurance for reimbursement for our services.
We have been informed that in most cases consultation services and labs have been paid for by the insurance. In case you have a HSA ( Health Savings Account) or a FSA ( Flexible Spending Account), you may use your pre-tax dollars to pay for the consultation or visit with Dr. Ghei.
We encourage you to call your health insurance before making your appointment with Dr. Ghei and confirm your Out of Network coverage for medical consultation visit.
